Surprises for Him
Darling Nic's bday is coming.
Gonna be a belated 21st bday celebration for him
His Tjc and VS cliques are coming over to MY PLACE to give him a surprise bday party
I'm sure he will be stunned the moment he sees his friends
Well, while he gets his surprise, i get my share of awkwardness
If only you guys realise, I have NOT met almost 80% of his Tjc n VS cliques!
On that day, i'll just probably ask them to identity themselves at the door. *gosh*
Oh btw, inviting his friends over was not the initial plan. The first plan we had was to go out for a simple dinner somewhere..
Apparently, that wasn't really a good idea, esp for a special occasion like a 21st bday (mini) bash.
So what one of his friends came up with was to have a small party at MY PLACE
I must agree it is a pretty fun n interesting idea, but i was also quite disappointed cos they somehow ruined what i had actually wanted to do for him.
Besides spoiling my plan, i also have to spend some time (in fact, quite alot of time) tidying up my place!
*gosh* headache..
Darling Nic, you should know how messy my place is the last time u came =_=
I bet *you will be shocked to find my place especially neat n tidy on that day. Ha
So this is roughly whats gonna happen that day..
party decorations everywhere (or just only my room), finger-food laid out properly on the table, poppers, party clappers, paper 'trumpets' awaiting his entrance..
So you can imagine the scene that day. Lots of fun and laughters, and definitely lots of cleaning up to do after that.
Hmm. thinking abt it, i'm not exactly looking forward to it, cos i know i won't be the one enjoying nor having fun. I'll probably sit in one corner and watch tv alone while he and his friends reminisce about the past
I know only a few of his friends who are coming, the sort of hi-bye acquaintances. And no-one i really talked to in particular.
damn sad. how i wished i could invite my poly cliques over too. At least i won't feel that ackward and lonely.
Oh, what i planned to do was to bake a cake and try to shape it into a key-shape. Definitely not something perfect-looking, and probably a small mini key-shaped cake.
But his friends said they are BAKING a cake for him on sat. can't bake mine then.. =(
Spent several hours online to search for some chocolate cake recipes, but i doubt they will come in useful this time..
Yep. So its the cake that i'm disappointed abt..
