Happy Niu Year to everyone out there!
Omg. Look at how time flies, its Chinese New Year again! The long weekend felt so short, and school has resumed once again.
Mm. CNY this year felt as though it was lacking of something. There is an undescribable feeling which i can't explain till now. Something is just missing this year. Maybe bcos it was the first time i'm having reunion dinner at home without all my relatives. Usually, we always have reunion steamboat at my ah ma's place where everyone gathers and sits around the dinning table. It felt really different to have normal homecook food at home this year.

Anyway, lectures have resumed as usual. Had a long 4 hours break this afternoon. My lab partner and i wanted to lunch at Enclave, NUH staff canteen but it was so packed with people! Then last min we decided to take a bus out of school since both of us have concession that entitles us to unlimited bus rides. Ha. So we took a bus to Fusion polis. Not very far from Nus, just a couple of bus stops away. Ha. The two of us had lunch, then went super-marketing tgt and bought lots of snacks to keep us awake when we go back to school to study after lunch. Unfortunately, we decided to spend our time gossiping and chatting away. Lol. What a waste of time, which we could have made better use of. Thats how we always kill time. Last week, we went desserting at daily scoops! Tried the different exotic flavors like chilly chocolate ice cream, lychee martini, kookie monsters and many others! The homemade ice-creams were quite nice and different from what you always get outside. Yummy. The week before, we went to botak jones at clementi for lunch. The portion of the food was huge! quite worth the money, but not exactly as fantastic as i tot it would be. Ha. Its really nice of Irwan to bring me around these places, if not i'll still be so sua gu by now. Thanks partner!

Oh well, I'm still in the holiday mood actually. Don't really have the mood to start revision yet. But i know its about time to work hard soon! My aim this year is to try to pull my cap to 4, which is also the second-upper class if i were to do my honors. If i can achieve this goal that i've set for myself, I'll try to do my 4th year honors! I know its achieveable, but its definitely not going to be easy. Thats y i need to work doubly or even triply hard this sem! Gambatte!

Dilligence and self-discipline are the essentials to better grades. I need to stay focused too! Must not let myself get distracted again. I know i can do it! =))
