What a special one he had
Hmm. Seems like its a tradition to have a key-shaped cake on one's 21st birthday
well, thats what i have been observing though.
But do u know that a key-shaped cake outside costs a bomb and its super huge! at least 2kg of cake!
It will be damn ridiculous for me to buy him a 2kg key-shaped cake for his birthday, and end up gorging down 1 kg of cake each.
So what i did was, to design and bake him a mini key-shaped cake!
ha. initially, i tot it would be simple.
but when i really get down to business with the baking, i finally understood why key-shaped cake is so expensive when u order one outside.
Its super tidious, definitely not as easy as one could imagine.

ha. don't laugh! i know it looks damn ugly, and not a bit like a key.
Actually its not supposed to be a regular key-like shape, but a more creative way of adding the '21' as part of the key.
Ha, aiya nvm.. You guys won't understand what i'm talking about la. LOL

Anyway, the red part on the bottom left are actually 2 hearts. din know the M&Ms so huge! now it dont even looks like hearts to me =(
Well, who cares? its the effort that counts k?
i designed it and baked the cake all on my own! so proud of myself though.
