It has been a long and busy weekend for me. Tiring it is, but enjoyable at the same time. =)

I attended my old pal's birthday party on saturday. My old pal is none other than Gay (my fellow March babies tgt with wey chong also). Gay invited us to his and his brother's combined birthday bash at Punggol Marina. I knew my entire Saturday was gone, so i spent my friday evening working on one of my lab reports. Took some time to prepare for my tuition class on the next day too.

Saturday was the most hectic day of the week. Woke up early to catch Doraemon cartoon on Tv. Haha. I know its a stupid reason to sacrifice my precious beauty sleep, but i just can't afford to miss my cartoon esp when it is only showing on weekends. Before i had time to slack on a lazy saturday morning, i realised i had to give tuition at Tampines!
Then met up with hung and the guys at Cityhall to get our last minute presents for Gay and wey chong. I did some shopping at the same time too! haha. Never am i going to miss the opportunities to shop for my own stuff! =) Mm. So, we got Gay a bottle of 42below kiwi vodka. One of the smoothest and nicest vodka I've ever had. Its really good and comparatively more valued for money than Absolut vodka (which tasted ordinary). And we got wey chong an adidas watch.
Omg. I feel so broke now. So far, i shared birthday presents for 5 different people. I'm expecting at least 3 more birthday invitations esp when most of my nus friends are celebrating their 21st birthdays this year!

Sunday was spent rushing for my 10-page long lab report which is also due this coming tuesday. I really sat in front of my laptop for hours just to complete it. Omg. nearly died just now. So there you go, this was how i spent my busy weekend.

Back to some random stuff. Chatted with lyn and hung today, as well as yesterday. I finally understood why they were often mistaken as twins now, cos i realised they actually asked and said the same stuff! I really wonder if there were any conspiracy going on before that. Haha. Anyway, I think they were just trying to matchmake me away, and hoping that i go MIA once again. Must be! horrible girlfriends of mine. Tsk tsk. Haha.
Honestly, the two 'candidates' are of the eligible bf materials that i'm looking for. I'm charmed by guys with attractive personalities. I'll be totally swept off my feet by guys who are known to be nice and mature in their thinkings. Being a gentleman is definitely a plus point for him. Mm. But then again, i don't hope for impossible things to happen. I strongly believe in fate, esp when it comes to matters on love and relationships. If it is meant to be yours, it will be. =)

Well. I'm honestly not that opened to let out my true feelings to friends regarding love matters (maybe only to a few friends i will). Esp if i know my friend has or once had a special feeling for the same guy, I'll choose to make a quiet retreat or simply just keep these feelings to myself. I don't like to compete, and i don't see a point in souring a friendship over a guy and end up losing a close friend, or maybe two. I just believe that fate will bring my other half to me, one day. =)
